Delete Your Account & Data

If you can sign in

1. Sign in and open Settings.
2. Find the red Danger Zone: Right to Erasure panel. It sits under Privacy for students, and under Security for instructors and administrators.
3. Choose Initiate Account Deletion.
4. We email you a six-digit code. Enter it to confirm the request.
5. Your account then enters a 72-hour queue. You can cancel at any point during those 72 hours from the same screen. After that it is permanent.

The same steps work in the Android app and in a web browser — it is the same account either way.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@successfulmathematics.com from the address on the account and ask for account deletion. We will verify that the account is yours before erasing anything — which is why this page does not simply take an email address and act on it.

Accounts provided by a school

If your account was created for you by a school or district, that institution controls the record. Ask your classroom instructor or school administrator to action the deletion. Parents and legal guardians may also request deletion of a child's data, and that right is absolute.

What is deleted, and when

• Deleted: your personal information — name, email address and other contact details, login credentials, profile, messages, and the learning records tied to you, including progress, attempts and assessment results.
• Timing: the request is held for 72 hours so you can cancel it, then your personal data is purged from live systems and from backups within 30 days.
• Retained: anonymised and aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you, and records we are legally required to keep, such as transaction and tax records for completed purchases. Historical class analytics remain, with your identity removed from them.

Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a subscription bought elsewhere. If you hold a paid subscription, cancel it before requesting deletion, or contact support.
