Terms of Service
Last Updated: May 30, 2026
Welcome to Successful Mathematics. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, whether as a student, educator, or independent learner, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with these terms, you must not use our platform.
2. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We employ advanced security measures, but you must ensure that your login information is kept secure. Educators are required to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
3. Acceptable Use and Academic Integrity
We take academic integrity seriously. The platform utilizes anti-cheating mechanisms including tab-switch monitoring and embedded security prompts. Any attempt to bypass these systems, use external AI solvers, or share answers may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to your affiliated institution.
4. Intellectual Property
All curriculum content, mathematical models, UI designs, and source code are the proprietary intellectual property of Successful Mathematics LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to certain features, such as the Premium AI Subscription and MathCoin store items, requires payment. All payments are processed securely via our payment processor, Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's respective Terms of Service. Refund policies are determined by our payment provider terms and individual institutional agreements.
6. Network and Infrastructure
Our platform relies on Cloudflare for content delivery and infrastructure security. By using our platform, you agree not to interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our secure network boundaries.
7. Limitation of Liability
Successful Mathematics LLC provides this educational service "as is." We are not liable for any interruptions in service, data loss, or impacts on academic standing resulting from the use of our platform.
