1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Successful Mathematics platform (including our LTI 1.3 integrations with Canvas, Moodle, and Blackboard), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access our platform.

2. Academic Integrity

Successful Mathematics employs strict anti-cheating mechanisms, including hidden prompt injections and tab-monitoring. Any attempt to reverse-engineer these mechanisms, utilize automated bots, or scrape proprietary mathematical content is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and reporting to your institutional administrators.

3. Intellectual Property

All curriculum, questions, algorithms, and Dynamic Value Injection (DVI) logic hosted on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Successful Mathematics LLC. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the content solely for personal educational purposes.

4. Premium Subscriptions & Billing

Access to our Premium AI Tutors and custom practice generators requires an active subscription via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; however, partial-month refunds are not provided.
