Data Privacy Agreements
Schools and districts can sign a student data privacy agreement with Successful Mathematics LLC. We sign:
- the Student Data Privacy Consortium's National Data Privacy Agreement (NDPA), with the exhibit for your state;
- state agreements built on it, such as those of state privacy alliances;
- documents your state requires, such as New York's Parents' Bill of Rights for Data Privacy and Security and its supplemental information; and
- your district's own agreement, which we review and sign where its terms match what we do.
How to request one
Email support@successfulmathematics.com with your school or district's name, your state, and the agreement you use (or ask us to start from the NDPA). We usually reply within 5 business days.
What we already promise
Without a signed agreement, our School and District Terms already apply to every school: the school controls its pupils' data, we act as a school official under FERPA, we do not sell pupil data or use it for advertising, we give notice of a breach within 72 hours, and we delete pupil data within 60 days of a request or the end of a license. Our service providers are listed publicly.
